My husband and I have just bought 2 acres of land and it is covered in air potatoe vine and weeds. We have chooks in the yard scratching around in a make shift pen but need some solutions to keep the vine out. There is too much for it for the chooks to handle and hand weeding is endless. I three days another one draws its little leave out of the soil. Im organic so I won’t spray.

Where you have cleared try putting something down to cover the soil and smother anything left like old carpet or cardboard, wood chip or bark
Couple of sheep might do it.
