This is the most fabulous plant and is probably my favourite in a garden of over 500 plants. In the first year the plants grew to 2m high, absolutely covered with gorgeous orange flowers – a real stunner. I picked the plants up for $7 each at a nursery. I haven’t noticed any naturally seeded seedlings but as mentioned by Emele they should grow easily from cuttings. Botanical name is Leonotis leonurus.

yes I have a plant but no seedlings, but I have found it is easy to grow from cuttings, if these are of use to you?
Yes I do. I’m in Hamilton. Trying to get cuttings established this year. But I have heard that you can grow them from seeds too. Is that true?
