It's nice to see heaps of these flowers in my neighborhood. Does anyone know the name of this plant?

Hi Slick! Thank you for the answer. The flower looks so great. I would never guessed, it concidered as a weed. I heard that New Zealand has a lot of weeds which are beautiful.
